No Fee Unless You Win
The CDC HEADS UP shares several tools and resources for people seeking information and answers about concussions and traumatic brain injuries. The CDC also collaborates with a wide range of partners in developing and disseminating these materials. All materials developed by the CDC for the HEADS UP campaign are available for public use since the CDC encourages the public to get their materials into schools, doctor offices, youth-based sports programs, and homes. The more you know, the better prepared you are should a friend or family member suffer a concussion or traumatic brain injury.
