Matthew Story, the youngest among five siblings, was raised in western Colorado, where he built a foundation for success through active engagement in sports, family travels, and a profound passion for education.

Matthew’s educational journey encompassed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College, followed by his a Juris Doctor degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During his time in law school, he demonstrated his commitment to legal advocacy by actively participating in moot court competitions and contributing to the ASU mock trial team. His exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral presentation, and legal brief writing earned him membership in the Order of the Barristers honors society. Additionally, he acquired certificates in Law, Science, and Technology, as well as Trial Advocacy. His academic accomplishments culminated in the receipt of the prestigious Willard H. Pedrick Scholar Award.

Before embarking on his legal career, Matthew worked as a paralegal at Gage Mathers, a period during which he played a pivotal role in securing tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for clients under the guidance of Martin and Joe. With a sense of gratitude and pride, he embraced his association with a globally esteemed firm.
